We offer nationwide shipping. Delivery times are same day as long as the purchase is made before 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues.

Refund Policy

At Frijoles Seleccionados, we are only responsible for shipments handled directly by our team until delivery to the shipping company. Once the order has been delivered to the shipping company, any incident (damage, loss, mishandling, delays, etc.) must be claimed directly by the customer from the corresponding shipping company. We strongly recommend keeping the original label and packaging, as they may be required as proof in the claims process with the shipping company. If the customer does not submit a claim to the shipping company, Frijoles Seleccionados reserves the right not to process returns or refunds related to shipping incidents. Claims related to shipments must be submitted within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Exchange and Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and completely new (as delivered from the factory). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/untagged, or customized. During the holiday season, the return period is extended until January 15 for purchases made from November 20. The refund is made exclusively on the product amount (shipping costs are not refundable). In case of returns subject to customs duties, these will be fully assumed by the customer. In all cases of exchanges or returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product in the established conditions, we will process the refund to the same card used for the purchase. If the order was paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, a document with the bank account number must be included in the package to proceed with the refund.
